My last two posts have talked about some old favorites, but this time I want to highlight a new member of the Beautiful Beds. Laureen from Schlossberg came out last year, and it's quite a head turner. There are actually two main patterns in the Laureen collection. Laureen itself features elegant golden lilies on a light Miel (honey-colored) background. Celia is a rich a golden paisley that makes an excellent accompaniment to Laureen. We also have solid color sheeting available.
Hillhouse from Jane Wilner is a gorgeous all-over floral pattern covered with large blooms and greenery. Just like Sweet William, which I talked about last time, this beautiful bed has staying power. Hillhouse has been a customer favorite since before we started selling online in 1994--that's quite a while! One special feature is that the fabric is woven into a floral-pattern damask before the colorful pattern is printed on top. The result is multiple levels of interest that catch the eye with different pattern scales and textures.
